Just wanted to bring your attention to some great customer service.
Rather stupidly we bent on of our Montana 6 roof poles- trying to put them in a montana 4 (I said it was stupid), while they still worked the tent was a bit lopsided
I e-mailed Outdoor World on Sunday explaining m predicament- On Wednesday I received a replacement pole FREE OF CHARGE.
Thats what I call service- Will try to use them for all online purchases in the future
