When we were away camping near Southwell, Notts in August, We decided seeing as it was not a very nice day, that we would visit Yeomans tent exhibition that was about 10 mile away.

Yes you guessed it, we bought a new tent, well put a deposit on one, as they were waiting for delivery, we went back & picked it up at beginning of month & put it up in back garden to weather it. Kept checking it during quite a bit of rain & thankfully NO puddles inside.

So we are off on Thursday to one of our regular little campsites for a long weekend with our new Bear Lake 4. hoping that this indian summer that we are currently having is going to last till then.

Will post review of tent when we get back.

 Yes, good weather will be a bonus, especially after some off the bad weather weve camped in this year & i'm sure we will enjoy our new tent.

The site near Southwell that we visited was "New Hall Farm". & it is a great site, but bear in mind that it is adult only, so if you have under 18's, beware.

If you do go, & are there on Saturday evening, make sure you order some of their beef cobs. Very reasonnable & very tasty
