I ended up out there with him too!! It was blimmin freezing - literally! Ground frost this morning - I put the fan heater on for a 30 min blast at 4am 'cos I thought I was going to freeze to death!
Half term will be fun if the weather is as cold as it was last night - at least we've got a pitch with EHU.

I only mastered the technique last night. I registered with photobucket and uploaded the pics from my pc. Then all you need to do is right click on the photo and copy it. Paste it in the message box on here.

its this one...terrible pics! i already have a larger cabanon, much too big just for the two of us, and thought this might be just the job, tbh i'm a bit scared it will be rubbish, but hopeful! if its ok, then i will look for a sun canopy for it, or perhaps the one from my other cabanon will fit?

Oh I am envious, our frame tent is getting very worn and this is just what we could do with, I particularly love all the windows. We have searched the internet but haven't found a tent that would be just right, using another tent with zip in groundsheet this week hoping it might give a bit of extra warmth but we always use the frame tent for summer hols, can't beat it.

Joe, have you tried Camping and General on Canvey Island, I bought my Sunncamp frame tent from them begiining of this year. They sometimes have returned items or end of line stock, and they are very helpful.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
