Me too, I love cooking when camping. It's different to cooking back home and my parents seem to enjoy me making them meals, although my dad and OH are still in charge of the barbecue and do take turns in doing the breakfast fry up. I do the more complicated stuff... Last year we had some fresh mackerel that some boys and their dad gave us because they'd caught so many. We just wrapped them in foil and stuck them on the barbie coals. Now I've never really liked fish until then, it was gorgeous! I guess I want to be more adventurous with food when we're camping.
