Anyone wishing to avoid heavy snow should move to the Manchester area, apart from a few flurries a couple of weeks ago we have appear to have been living in another country. The scenes of chaos down south have just not happened here. Even the Metrolink ran!!! And it doesn't take much to bring that to a standstill ordnarily. Today is bright and sunny, no hint of snow...which is a pity because I'm teaching til 8pm and would love to be snowed in, at home! LOL
I know this sounds doolally,but i am sad i missed the snow this year.I wanted to buy a Quechua pop up tent 2 man,and set it up in the snow,to see how it held up.I guess i will have to wait until next year now
