We love camping, but use a folding camper because Richard suffers from arthritis in various joints, and find that if he sleeps to low to the floor for more than a couple of nights, it flares up. When it is just me and the kids we take a tent.

This site is totally addictive...you have been warned, but so very useful for all things camping and no question is too trivial. I have learned so much from here and although I have not met any of my fellow forum contributors (will do at Pillaton in Sept) feel as though I can draw on their expertise,some have many years of this, to help me make right choices of equipment and sites etc. Hope you have as much fun as we do

Hello Elaine, and yes its true you will be hooked. I used the campsite search for many years and then one day about two years ago I made the mistake of posting, and i`m stuck in this wonderfull world of camping nutcases.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
