glamping doesn't haveto be expensive tent guy.

 

carpets can be either waterproof floor tiles (I Got some off freecycle for my coleman since you cannot get the proper carpet) or fleece blankets.  I would get either a double hieght air bed or consider taking z beds and ehu and heater and something to do on a  night (lots take laptops with freeview dongles on here, we have sat tv).

Ironically, my wife wants to rough it - its me who is dead set against camping in favour of glamping, but i am sure if you surround her with enough luxury she will camp whenever you want!

These are all first class ideas.

I can't imagine how she'll say no, now.

I'm going to play the credit crunch card for all it's worth and guilt trip her by saying that she'd be stopping Henry (our dog, who's basically our child lol) from having a holiday.
