Hi, we bought an Outwell Idaho L to enjoy the great outdoors however we live in a flat with no outside space so have no where to dry our tent. We've returned from a rainy week in the Cotswolds and its currently draped over my car in the underground carpark.

Is there anyway we can dry it? Can you towel dry it?

Any other ideas?

You could get the excess moisture off it with a towel but it won't be enough that you can pack it away - you'll just end up with a mouldy and ruined tent.

You will have to find some space for it - I'd have thought your existing solution was a good one. Otherwise you need to move it inside and dry it however you can, draped in your lounge or loosely folded in your bath (assuming you have one), stick it in loosely and keep moving it around until it's dry.

Have a look at the Tent Review pics. You will see that lots of us have to drape their tents about the house to dry, its better than unpacking a smelly, mildewed tent next time you come to use it.
