Depends on how long we are going for - a weekend and one holdall will do us all.    For a week I use the carrier bags, because if you spread the load out, it can be squashed into smaller spaces.

I now take less if there is a laundrette on site, and do a load of washing during the week.   OK it doesn't get ironed, but who cares.
