hiya all,weve just got back from a brilliant 3 nights on anglesey.thing is when we got there we noticed the small brow pole that threads in between the main dome and bedroom pole on our orchy 600 was missing.we dont know were its gone and to be honest the tent pitched ok without it.we`d obviously like to replace it and we`ll be contacting vango first thing tomorrow.were just a bit worried what to do if vango cant help us has anyone got any ideas or maby knows someone with spare orchy 600 poles they could sell us?

vango are renowned for being helpful!

if not go to yor local tent palce that stocks them... ask to look at the pole and buy the right amount of new poles and elastic from them and make a new one yourself? ('my' tent shop would do it for you for a small fee)

Cant beleive the tent pitched ok without it - the front of mine flaps about if I dont get the guyropes for that particular pole right! I need pitching lessons off you!

BIG thank you to outdoor megastore in bootle,liverpool.we rung them on monday afternoon with the problem and within 24 hours the phoned back to tell us they had contacted vango and a new pole was on its way to them for us.now thats decent customer svrs for you !
