Well we got the new tent up in the garden and decided to give it a go and sleep in it. It took a while to get the little one to sleep because of the light but once in the travel cot, loaded up with blankets he slept soundly until 7am and was nice and toasty when we got him up.
I was much warmer than expected too so all in all it was a success so we'd better get round to booking something a bit further afield. Any suggestions of good sites within an hour or so of Worcester (don't want to be too far away for our first proper trip in case we forget anything vital)?
We're really pleased with our choice of Tigris 600 instead of 800, more than enough room. It definitely feels like the right tent for us.
Can't wait to get away properly.
