Well, we went down to Mortehoe on Friday – North Morte camping. Was an absolutely amazing setting, couldn’t fault the place. After a night of brutal gales though we woke up and packed up – good to know the Vango stood the beating of the wind and rain, but we won’t be camping again in that sort of weather.

It hasn’t put us off though.

We ddidn't even dare put ours up, ended up staying on relatives' sofas. And still unsure about the coming weekend...bit windy up here on Sat/Sun so we'll have to see. Typical!

I have to admit I was thinking of you lot that went camping this weekend, the weather was rough as old boots down here in Brighton. Heres hoping for the sun next week. xx
