Hi, I wonder if you can help?  Last summer on only our second outing with our Wolflake some of the poles where broken in a storm (mostly our fault for attempting it).  We were very lucky to find a local camping shop who were about to send some tents back to Outwell and let us swap our broken poles for new ones - it saved our holiday.  However the poles were not a precise match and I'd like to get the right ones and keep the ones we have as back up.  I've no idea where to get them from though - any ideas?

The main Outwell site will not deal with the public, so says their web page.

They ask you to deal through their suppliers

Try contacting a good outdoor retailer who sells Outwell Tents they should be able to order you some.
