What kind of repair kit are you looking for? If it's something to repair a rip in the fabric, then Tenacious Tape is clear & strong. Or is it a broken pole or shock cord you need to repair?
Any camping shop will sell
spare poles, (check your diameter, some tents have several diffent sizes),
elastic shock cord,
seam sealant .
In my repair kit is also spare guylines,
tenacious tape for flysheet repairs
, scissors,
A junior hacksaw(in case poles need cutting to size )
ductape will repair torn groundshets, or can be wrapped around a split pole that hasn't snapped completely, for a short term repair.
Duct tape, clingons, guy rope, ground sheet pegs, inner tent clips, pliers, hammer, screwdriver, plus spare set of poles for small tent. - Thats our tent repair kit.
When we had a zip break in our Lichfield frame tent we took it to our local campshop as they have a repairers on site - it cost £50! Still we managed to sell the tent for £50 - it would probably not sold for that if the zip had not been repaired.
