Boo Hoo nor are we, were going to n.wales on the 15th so not too far away, no doubt this nice weather goes and we have horrible wind and rain again. Just my luck!
i know just how you feel. we've not managed to go yet. OH keeps promising that i can garden camp but every week he either goes back on his word or the weather changes. anyway i think ive persuaded him to do it tomorrow when we've finished filling the skip as the weather is sooo good. so i might get 1 night out this half of the year. im hoping to go camping in august a few times. but we have our fortnights hol at weymouth in a static first.
We are not going camping this weekend, we have booked to go to cornwall we are going on the 21st (3weeks time) and then we are going again the end of July, we have gone camping for the last 2 years at whitsun both holidays the weather was bad this year we haven't gone and look at the weather!!!
Just hope this weather continues when we go to Cornwall, have a good weekend everyone
Debbie
Not going camping, but have pitched four tents in my back garden( one at a time) and just sat in them before taking them down, told OH I was checking them out. Had a great time, might check them all tomorrow.
I'm not planning on a camping trip until August this year as brother has decided to get married in Cuba and I need to use all my annual leave for that trip.
I am considering putting my tent up in the garden for the whole week just so that it gets an airing.

We arent camping this weekend either and worse than that we've got laminate flooring to lay in the new attic conversion with a 4 year old in tow!!!!

We're going next Friday to Woodhouse Farm near Ripon ( a steam rally at Newby Hall) and the weather is due to change on Wed/Thurs to rain, rain & more rain. Ah well, at least I've got a big tent to be huddled up in and the sound of rain on a tent is luvverly - I think.
