Well decided this morning to take kids camping this weekend,cars packed and really looking forward to it Weather looks ok and oh is working so i thought mmmmmm it`s been 2weeks since we came back and the school hols seem so far off(i never thoought i`d look forward to the kids bring off so much!) site is only an hour away,Gibralter Farm,so off first thing
I went camping alone with my two when they were aged 2 and 3....a bit of a nightmare putting the tent up and trying to keep them occupied at the same time, but we always had great fun and some good old quality time together when daddy was working.
You'll love it - and no doubt OH will be soo jealous to hear all about it afterwards !
kazzy, have a great weekend. Are you taking all the kids? ... all 6 plus 2 babes? ... get oh to put a beer in the fridge for your return on Sunday! Hope it goes well.

my oh works nights and often at the weekend i pack up the car and go. he comes to help me put the tent up and goes home. he gets really p*** off that we are away, but me and the kids should not have to lose out on these fab trips becuase he has work to go to and we dont. espesially when its good weather. i would not be able to manage the tent on my own though
