I'm planning on buying a new tent and have found the one I want, in stock and for a good price, at Springfield Camping.  Before I go ahead and order, I just wondered if anyone else has ordered a tent from this company before and what their customer service is like? 

Thanks for your quick reply tikka!  Yes its Springfield Camping nr Halifax.  I've checked outdoormegastore but they don't have it in stock.

Not ordered anything over the internet, but I have bought from the shop. The service was okay, prices could have been a bit keener IMO, but hey ho, we spent our money anyway!

We bought our tent from Springfield. Although we could have got the tent cheaper elsewhere they were cheaper for the footprint and carpet and when you factored in delivery charges of splitting the order it was cheaper to get the lot from them.

We had a small hole in one of the inners and they arranged for a new one to be sent with relatively little fuss so I'd definitely use them again if the price was right.
