Well finally got the guts to book myself a camping holiday to go on my own . In fact I booked 2 trips. In your post you said you have a detailed list of what you take. Would it be possible for me to have a copy to cross referance, I dont fancy getting there andfinding I have forgotten something?
I have booked 4 days in Eskdale and 5 days in Keswick and now quite excited at the thought of going

OMG. had a look and there is everything on there. I have a basic list but just with the main things and also bits I wouldn't want to be without...i have gone away before and forgot the sleeping bags! and onother time forgot the sauce pans... one way of replenishing equipment I guess. There again OH has just started working for Go Outdoors so we have a new tent, kitchen unit, etc etc lol
