On our last camping trip our kids ( ) decided to play hide and seek between the bedrooms and the tent, they have managed to tear off the toggle that holds the bedroom up and a little of the surrounding material. As this is inside the tent I am assuming it wont affect the waterproof seam that is on the outside (it rained after they tore it and no wet patches).
What I want to know is what thread I will need to use to make the repair the next time the tent goes up? I am guessing normal dressmaking thread will be too thin to make a repair?
