 The mad Girls suggest, peanut butter on crackers (transfer some to a plastic margerine tub, then you can bin it) Jam too if you wish.

Tuna and sweetcorn with a few of the cafe type sachets of mayonnaise on pitta ( add a chopped apple if availble)

Tortilla wraps  lightly spread with a tin of cassoulet, sliced sausage (mattesons needs no refridgeration) a sachet of olives sliced and a spinkle of parmesan cheese.

 A tin of baked beans and hotdog sausages taste great straight from the tin, apparantly, the mad two's advice is the cheapest are the best.

You can get vacuum packed pitta and tortilla wraps which keep well.

Thanks for that soup dragon, I too was unsure what the wording meant as it didnt say no stoves.

I will try to take a little suitcase stove and hope for the best. Tea in the morning is my main concern!!!
