Am meant to be going to Tregarton tomorrow for a fortnight. Well have checked the weather and of course it is going to be raining down there tomorrow and fine on Sunday 17.

Would you go tomorrow and pitch in the rain or wait one more day untill the weather is a bit better, I just don't think I want to wait another day!!!!!!!!

Were going on Sunday but that's because I'm working till 10pm on Sat.

I'm really looking forward to going. Everything is down from the attic, got my new car, sold my old car so aren't struggleing for cash to go away with, my phone is back from being repaired (how much did I hate that replacement phone) and the weather for Wiltshire next week doesn't look too bad!!!!

I would just go.  Look at it this way, if you go tomorrow you will not be wasting a day of good weather in driving and setting up.

Have a great time whatever you decide.

I would just go....it seems to be sunshine and showers rather than incessant downpours.  What tent have you got?  Its easier to put it up in the rain...even if its inner first we have done this and found the tent soon dries out when the sun comes out ( unless it really is bucketing it down ).  The trickier part is getting it down in the rain...thats much worse as you're then faced with packing away a wet muddy tent and having to get it out later to dry it off.

I would say go ( oops gone all italic...).....enjoy it....most weather website can usually more or less predict what part of the day will be drier...so work generally around that basis.

Have fun !!....and Go !

I am extrememly jealous as we're not going for another four weeks !!....arghhhhh

Go for it...if you wait for the British weather you would never go.
