hi am going to france for 8 days next week and i have a 5kg bottle the needle is pointing to approx 3 quaters full and was wondering if it would last for a family of five using average consumption.Will cook prob every eve some mornings and boil kettle etc i have the green bottle with the red regulator,Can i get that refilled in france many thanks in advance

If your talking about the green Calor Patio Gas bottle then i would expect 3/4 (3.75kg) to last eight days, i would consider getting one of the suitcase stoves (£6.99 at go outdoors ATM) and a pack of canisters as an emergency back up

You will not be able to exchange/get it filled in France
