hi all, i got a lovely outwell three man pop up tent in march and snapped the pole the second time we got it out (my husbad did not me, thought i 'd just add that bit in!) anyway i have got new poles but have been advised not to do it myself.......so now what do i do?? i am in harlow essex does anyone know a good tent doctor near by???

I was told when we bought our Outwell, that repairs are organised by the dealer and that if we had any problems to take it back to them.

really? i bought my tent on line from a place called camping world....they sorted out getting me new poles but said that its not covered with the warrenty.
