I have just noticed there is a Camping magazine can anyone tell me if it is worth subscribing to plus there is a year free C&C membership with it. thanks mary
You used to be able to get them from WHSmiths,to have a look at one first so to speak. some on here do subscribe for the 'free' gift. I dont think they do a free year.
I've subscribe on and off since first publication. Found it very useful for tent camping and campsites info. If you want to have a year's free subscription to Camping and Caravan Club (the current freebie) then take out subscription otherwise it's normally available at Smith's.

I bought a copy in WHS and found it very good. I have taken a subscription. I found C&CC magazine lent too much towards caravans whereas Camping (as it implies) is more for tenters.

That is what it's called basically "Camping" Magazine. If you look on www.outandaboutlive.co.uk ( i think! ) they do the subscriptions to it, £6.99 a quarter. It is available in Smiths but I find it tends to be hit and miss whether you can get a copy.
