Hello again,

Went away at the weekend and used Canopy for first time, and it seemed to work just fine. There is a small gap at sides where it meets the tent but not sure if this is normal or not. I have attached a pic, let me know what you think?......does it fit?...or are we making it fit??

I have been looking for a canopy for my majove 5 tent, this one looks really good on it but have you tried it on the side door?

Hi lynne,

Not sure is the honest answer...will try it out next time and see.

Where the canopy attaches to the tent there is an elasticated "cuff" which naturally hugs the front pole, with the guy lines holding it tight. Don't know how that would work if we were to put it on the side? As the guys would have to go right over the top of the main tent, and I would worry about the pressure of the lines affecting the integrity of the waterproofing in bad weather.

I will keep you informed. I am open to any other suggestions if anyone has had previous experience with this tent. :)
