Know how you feel, just returned from our first camping weekend and am itching to go again. Away in 2 weeks for the weekend, then nothing til next year .
Just have to start planning all the trips we can for next year, and in the meantime keep logging on to ukcs for a weekly 'hit'
I'm sad too, no more time off until my holiday in Zante with a friend in September. I have persuaded hubby though that as I get back early hours of Thursday morning, that gives us plenty of time to pack up before heading off for a weekend camping on the Friday morning..lol.. Only question is, will it be the current tent or will I have a new one!
I can't stay away from this site, it's good to come here for your camping fix, I only have a couple of friends who are camping/outdoorsy people! Think I might manage a go outdoors trip on Sunday!
Know how you feel guys. We had 2 weeks at the beginning of June in Dartmouth & S. Wales - glorious. Managed to get a couple of weekends in since and itching to go again before September, ready to book Barmouth, however OH has booked us a week in Spain encased in bricks and mortar .
Got 1 more trip booked on 18th Sept to Leek C&CC site - taking newbie friends to try their new tent out lol.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
