The tare weight is stamped on the bottle, usually around the base.
If you weigh the bottle and subtract the tare weight it will give you the weight of the gas left in the bottle.

Last time I checked my empty 907 weighed 3.5Kg empty and 6.22Kg when full, so I say it had 2.72Kg of Gas when full, like others have said all empty bottles weigh a little different as they are not all identical in weight, these days though I just carry two 904's so that I never run out of Gas, and due to EHU, my Gas comsuption is way down on what it used to be.
