Hi wonder if anyone can help us ? We have recently bought a 2nd hand Outwell Montana 12 tent which we are extremely pleased with. However we didn't realise until it was too late that the flexible pole for the doorway is missing. Before I go to the expense of ordering one form Outwell does anyone know the length of the pole so I can improvise or any other ideas ? Many thanks
I recently bought some replacement poles for our tent,(snapped one putting it up). Cost about £25 for 10 poles 12.7mm diameter from Go Outdoors, don't know the lenth. I noticed you could buy them individually as well, don't know what the pole is like for your door but you can get different sizes and widths. Go Outdoors also have a fitting service for a bit extra.
I can also recommend Tentsparesfor such things. Not all the stuff they sell is on the web site, so you may need to ring them or email. But I recently got a new pole for my Khyam Sun Porch from them, service was very good.
