Just need to vent my frustration, booked 4 nights at golden sands haven camp for just 16.80 (including fun passes) put the tent up on wednesday at a local site to make sure all is good.

the heavens opened and its leaking like a cheap colander :-(

am now playing hunt a dirt cheap tent to pick up on the way lolololol not good when we are travelling tomorrow :-( lol

I can but keep the faith

Ps anyone near mablethorpe or on the way selling a good family sized tent lol

a second hand canvas frame tent, its a Sunncamp i think??, very old and im afraid the stitching has inevitably given up the ghost along the top ridge so its a no go especially with the weather reports for mablethorpe this week

Whats worse is that my 3 year old daughter is desperate to meet rory the tiger lolol

I have an outwell colorado 8 that you can have for £50 if you swing by and pick it up off me. I'm an hour inland from mablethorpe

It isn't perfect, there is some loose stitching on one of the top attachments, but it would be fairly easy to fix and is, as far as I'm aware still totaly waterproof.  You'd have to fix it for longer term use..  I'm getting rid of it because pop ups suit our style of camping.

It isn't in mint condition but it is a smashing tent
