Try exploring your local go outdoors. I found a used carpet for my idaho xl in the coventry one. An absolute bargain at £30. It had only been in the demo tent, not a mark on it!

I haven't actually put mine up yet. Bought it last october for our main tent, and it's first outing will be May29 at Brean. Decided it's too big for weekends away, so am after a Carolina 3 now too.

I have just bought the Idaho XL and the extension for £140 for the pair at Discover excellent customer service. This was after weeks of searching, cannot understand why they have discontinued this tent. Have only used ours once, we purchased it off friends for just £200 last year but have 3 trips planned. Cannot believe how spacious it is and with the carpet it's great!!!

I wondered why the Idaho XL had been discontinued too as we also have one (what a palace of a tent! ) However ,the even grander Maryland XL and XXL (I think?) were launched last year and I maybe this is why Outwell have dropped the Idaho?
I know we have ony used ours once but cannot envisage wha problems people have had. All our friends who visited us commented on how great and big it was!!! Hopefully i will not be proved wrong!!!!
