I don't think I've ever seen 4 berth inner tents for sale, only 2 or 3 berth universal ones.
Someone else on this forum may know of a stockist. If not, you could look out for a frame tent going cheap at a car boot sale or on ebay which has a 4 berth inner you could use. Remember to check that the doner tent's inner has the 'peak' (apex of roof) in the same place as your tent, otherwise it'll look very saggy.
