Sorry, had to take a step back and remind myself that it is called camping.
We havent managed to get out of late and to be honest only managed one wet weekend away March of last year.
We decided (well the wifey twisted my arm) to buy a new tent this year (Vango Maritsa 700 for £319 Result!) Bought a footprint, and a carpet. Blow up blow up bed needed replacing, modified the trailer, bought a few other bits and bobs like you do.
Suddenly realised that this is more like a home from home rather than a break away in a tent. This camping lark is serious stuff!
So.....what are your creature comforts you can't do without? In the past I have spotted a 32" plasma TV (brilliant!) and a foot spa (pure class).
Come on, own up!

My kids bought me one of those 'ice tankards'. Don't know if you've seen them? I take that with me in the hope that the campsite has a communal freezer. Fresh air and ice cold beer! Heaven!

fan heater.....i have long ago decided it's the 'glamping' route for me....and more 'glamp' will be added when i get a bigger tent ...and a roof box....and a trailer...and a transit van...and a lottery win!!!

EHu for my heater and light, I go tthe Tauri last year and I love it - kids think its like a disco light!!!
