Whilst away, we had a problem with the trailer hitch, when oh took it off the pin was broken and would not connect again, so off we went to a caravan/camping shop that was recommended to us.
When we got there my husband asked them for another hitch and they only stocked caravan ones as it was a caravan dealer too. He asked if there was anywhere nearby and they gave him a business card for somewhere in Ipswich, a good 30 mins away. When we called them they were shutting in 10 mins so a no go there, so back off in the shop he goes, and they were so unhelpful,
Luckily I have an internet phone so on Yell.com I go, and found a spares place 15 mins away, he said he was willing to come out and meet us as we told him where we were and then we did not have to travel to him, but he was actually near our campsite so we went to him, just a little company trading from home, what a lovely nice man, and we were able to then get home today.
