I bought a very old frame tent (brown with orange flowery curtains) from ebay for £40 really only because the seller was offering a camping stove&grill and large camping gaz bottle, thrown in. The stove is an old Tilly Talisman which is abolutely brilliant, really good burners and grill.
I put the tent straight back on ebay and on here for £35, but now its up, I'm really having second thoughts about selling it. Easy to erect, and quite fun.
So tonight I'm camping out in the garden with my daughter and her two friends,who absolutely love it! And because its brown its quite dark inside, so I'm hoping for a bit of a lay in tomorrow morning too.
Yes it is red. I'm really pleased with it. Works really well with the camping gaz and has windshield lid. It does "screw" onto the gas bottle in the wrong/opposite direction than normal though
Does the cooker have a little grill and legs that fold down as the stand? I'm sure that's the one I grew up with. We used to use it during power cuts...
I think orange and brown are the new 'blue' and much easier to spot in a field!

I'm trying to get my brother to buy a cheap frame tent, just to try out, so he can take his young family on holiday (it would be their first, their eldest is almost 4 & will be in school next term, I think). I will put him on to this site & see if I can tempt him with deals like your tent.
