Well, the missus has won im afraid. The camping gear has to go. Now here's the dilema?
We have a brand new setup with pretty much everything. Monty 6, hook up, cooker...you know, the whole shooting match. I reckon the lot together would sell best, but her indoors reckons it would be best to split it up. Whaat are your thoughts.
Im gutted by the way....I would have loved to got into camping again proper, but her and the kids just dont like it....:-(

Definitely seperate it - you'll get much more...
Be thankful, my wife didn't like camping in a tent but liked the camping life - so I had to buy a damn expensive caravan .
Surprised your kids didn't like it, unless they're teenagers (they don't like anything).

Selling items seperately will get you back more of your money. As suggested, can you buy a smaller tent and keep some gear and get away on your own?------------- Helen xx

Take them all away again in it to an all singing all dancing place with loads going on for the kids or abroad and wait on them all hand and foot and maybe they will take to it?
Start watching the tents with equipment and those without and then the seperate items on ebay so that at least you get an idea of how much it will all go for

So why not go camping abroad then? Loire valley or further, site with a nice pool, activities for the kids, beach and resort facilities nearbye and good weather? All for considerably less than going by plane to a hotel.
