Hi Tina!

Did yours arrive on Friday? I received a phone call saying there was a problem with the courier and we have rearranged delivery for Monday.

I'm now feeling frustrated and a little worried! I haven't received anything saying that its been sent...

Maybe you're off and away having an amazing weekend. I do hope so. You deserve it!

Hi Tina,

Well I had slightly better luck and after badgering Mark he got the tent out to me on Thursday, with everything included - BINGO!

However, I pitched the tent that night to find the courier had damaged the tent in transit and left two sizeable holes in the tent fabric, the canvas carry bag and outer black packaging. Karma restored!

To be fair to Mark, he has been great and responded straight away promising to get a replacement to me this week. It has been a bit of a ride, especially for you Tina, but when you get that tent up it will all have been worth it!
