Yep - I can't remember the cost, but I do remember it bringing a tear to the eye when I paid...but I've forgotten the actual price now, so I can just enjoy the cooking...

The medium size one is les than $20 in the US. Supply and demand, I;m sure if there was a big demand they'd get cheaper. TG import a lot of their stuff. I got my Coleman oven from them and their service was good.
Yes a welder.. lol I did a bit of oxy acetylene welding when i was at art college.

the gorilla one is more expensive but a better size

BUT reading through - a few of these it seems you can't actually cook direct on them - it's just for the pots & pans
