The site we use charges £4.00 extra per night low/medium season and £5.00 a night high season just to hook in to their electric and then you pay to charge a card up for what you use. Not sure how much this would work out at though as we haven't used EHU before. But £25 a night in high season then electric usage on top seems a bit expensive.

Don't use EHU so don't pay as much, if i did sway to hook up for heating for early/late season i wouldn't use that site. I don't think it's fair to be charged twice as in they charge you just to plug into it then again for what you would use.

it makes me want to use as much as i can if they charge a fortune ... if that makes sense ..... to be honest i am quite happy with EHU but use a gas (whistling)kettle ..... because i am happy with that ... however if they charge silly money then i will use silly elctric (i dont abuse it by the way)and there begins the circle of abuse electric chrage loads more ............
