I wondered if someone could advise me on how I can get my zip mended

I have an Outwell Nevada M tent and one of the zips on the mesh doors doesn't work, Its hard to close and when it does close the zipped up part comes open, I dont know why , I can't see any damage, anyone know a solution?

They sell aproduct called ZlideOn it repairs all zips ? never used myself but worth a try.
