We have a Khyam Colorado which we love- however after a recent "windy" camping trip the zip has broken on the front door panel - not a total disaster as you can move the front section back to create a porch using another zip but it reduces the living space, but just wondered where we could get the zip repaired ?

Not sure where you live,but there is tent valeting services in Bolton.

They have been going for a long,long time and are very good

If you go to www.tentspares.co.uk

They sell a product called ZlideOn which they say will fix broken zips. Never used it but looks as if it should work.

I can vouch for the Bolton shop. Used them a couple of yrs ago and you can`t see the repair.

Hi, I just sent my tent porch extension to be repaired to scottishmountaingear.com, they have an online form which allows you to upload photos of the damage so they can asses damage, it also allows you to print a label with the address details. Repair prices are available on line although you can choose to allow them to go ahead and repair up to a specified amount or ask that they contact you with a quote. They also offer express service at double the standard cost. I posted my porch extension on Monday and I have been told it will be back by the end of the week. I will post back with an update once it's back.
