I feel i need to share my shopping experience with this company, and make other aware.

In short i bought a tent online from them, which i felt was faulty. ( i have left a review of tent, Boston 600) They agreed, by email, that on receipt of the returned tent i would be refunded in full. The tent was collected by there courier on the 23rd July 2010 and to date, and after further emails promising me my refund, i not yet received a penny.

As a result i'm left with no tent any no money, and feel my only recourse is by legal means.

Buyer beware! 

Did you buy it with you're credit card?  If you did, your contract is with the credit card company and you should speak to them about opening a dispute with this company.  Your credit card compnay will then give you a refund and then chase this company direct for the money.

We had a similar experience.

We purchased a footprint, carpet and windbreaker from them and it was not until the parcel arrived that we realised the carpet was not sent. A phone call later we were told they were out of stock and they would try to get one for us or refund. After a few days we had heard nothing so again we called and they said we are still looking, so again we waited a few days called again and they said they still had not managed to get one so we asked for a refund, which they agreed to.

A few days later we checked the bank - nothing, so we called again and they said (In a rather snotty tone) we have credited you and hung up. well the next day it the money was there.

So keep on at them until you get your money back
