I have one of those, too.  Must say, for size of tent, it is relatively easy to pitch, i have some help from my DS age 11 and it goes up a treat.

However, we struggle to get it back in the bag, lol, mainly due to air trapped in the tent. I found that if you leave out the poles, you can manage to slide them down the side of the bag after a couple of hours, due to the rest of the air seeping out.

Do you put a few pegs in before you put the pins in the poles or do you first "pin" all the poles and then peg the tent down?

20 minutes is not bad at all...especially with all the "obstacles" you had to deal with.

 I put the pins in the poles , leaving it laid on the ground with the poles ready to be pulled up into position . I did peg the rear of the tent down to stop it following me when I pulled the tent upright . Guy the front out , then peg and guy the whole tent out .

Mum said it was like how they put ships in bottles watching it go from a flat heap of fabric and poles to my little temporary home
