Hi PauliesGirl.

If you have a full UK license post 1997 then you can tow up to 750kg without sitting a towing test. Pre 1997 you can tow pretty much whatever you want.

750 kg will allow a decent sized camping trailer to be used.

Hi Camp-cat,

I didn't realise that, I thought I couldn't tow at all! I didn't pass til after '97 (in fact, I was still at school in '97!)

That's brilliant news, thanks again!

Just wondering if anyone's made any plans to alter the way they camp, perhaps try going abroad with their outfit or made any new camping seasons resolutions!

Mine are to try and make the most a sunny forecast for weekends ahead and JUST GO, no excuses about catching up with the garden or whatever. I have just bought a quick-up tent for short stays, now I must, must, must CUTBACK on the stuff I take!

I want to enjoy the sunshine, not unpack and pack all weekend. I do seem to remember promising the same this time, last year though...

Yep!

1\ GO!
2\ Take less!

Good plan!
