I suffer from "Pins and Needles" in my arms and legs while sleeping and wake up several times a night while at home and no matter how restless a night Ive had I have to get up 1st thing in the morning...Cant seem to roll over and go back to sleep like say a Saturday morning...

Its the same when camping.....But.....However long I sleep...or however restless its been....I somehow feel more refreshed when away....I reckon its something to do with the whole camping thing...the excitement of facing a new day on a site somewhere..

Mind you....Im usually like a half shut knife for a few days after a trip...but thats the "downer" part from coming home from a trip kicking in..........

I normally sleep like a baby until the sun comes up. I normally use those soft foamy earplugs. Only problem I have is when the gf needs a pee. She has a habit of bouncing up and down on the airbed like it's a ruddy trampoline. We've had a few discussions about it.
