Here here. It is possible for people to be drunk but not loud and annoying. I am always considerate to my neighbours, drunk or not and neighbours are always still talking to me in the morning after. And off topic slightly but I wish UKCS would use a UK English auto spell check. It's neighbours not neighbors and colour not color. I wonder if they've realised yet?!
