We always line up the coolbox and a couple of bags infront of the door opening - but only when we don't have a dinosaur handy - Seems to do the trick, can't think what you'd put outside though

We just take a piece of breathable groundsheet for the front of the tent, to stop grass being traipsed in, and fasten it down with Clingons. The rubber mats look good, but we're trying to take less stuff, and they do look a bit bulky?
The rubber mats sit in the bottom of the trailer. Means they cushion everything in there, and if anything is damp it drips through them and stays dry
Hmmmm...that's a convincing argument! How many do you use for the front area of your Barbados Val? Do they interlock, or just butt up?
I have 3 which i used in front of the bear lake and the barbados
They are pretty heavy duty so if you put them next to each other they dont shift. He did give me some fittings to join them but I've never needed to use them
I did notice he has some smaller ones (910mm x 910mm just under 1m squared) for £7.68 (slightly thinner as well 13mm as opposed to 22mm) - might be worth a look?
We never did find out what to put outside your tent to stop draughts.
To stop draughts
leave this at home
or to show them whose boss
better still take it
