I went to the Boat and Caravan show mainly for the following reasons:
- To see a Camp-let trailer tent or two. I saw three, including the Concorde that I am thinking of buying, and had seen an Apollo Lux being pitched while I was there.
- To see small caravans, motorhomes and van conversion, and there were plenty.
- To see new tents, and there were some on display, thanks to Yeomans.
- To see if there is anything worth buying for camping, and I bought some titanium ground pegs at very good price. I did buy some non-camping related good though.
All in all, not a bad day, and I went after walking around for 4 hours!
And thanks to Khyams for my ticket, otherwise I would not have attended the show!
Lastly, I know I shall stick to camping under canvas in a tent or trailer tent, as I do not like the claustrophobic feel of being inside a small motorhome or caravan!
