after be badgered to death by the kids to go camping ive eventually caved in.

Wanting to buy a new tent i found a company called Campmania in Holmefirth, chucked the wife in the car and of we went, £220 later returned home with a Gelert Horizon 4. on inspection found one of the poles to be damaged this was on a Tuesday called them on the day of purchase, someone would call me back, this happened on Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon. eventualy i got hold of some one and vented my anger and only after threatening no throw the tent on the shop floor and scream and shout were they interested. got a new set of poles.

But what a great start to my camping life, i then proceeded to Go out doors and spent a small fortune which i was intending to spend in there shop.

What a joke of a company

There is so much choice out there at the moment - vote with your feet and cash and give your custom to someone who provides excellent customer service
