My kids were so used to noshing while we put up the tent that when we arrived my son would routinely call out "Pic-a-nic time!"

Once they got a little older (three and seven) they got to 'help'.  That's when things became complicated!

Have fun! And WELCOME to the forum!

what about investing in a small pop up tent? blanket down and some crayons, they have their own little house and are dry but out the way and cosy

can always use the pop up as a pup/play tent when they got older as well

They have a pop up tent so that would be brilliant,  they are excited already and really enjoyed "helping" me check the airbeds yesterday.
