Hi All,

I'm very familiar with the campsite section but would appreciate some suggestions for places we maybe able to get booked in the lakes. We usually stay at Sykeside but having not got around to booking its now fully booked for the weekend. I'm looking for somewhere that we are likely to be able to get a pitch ( Hartford XL has a 9meter footprint ) so need a large flat pitch. We tend to do a lot of walking. Also coming from Hartlepool with a fully laden car and trailer so want to avoid hardknott /wrynrose pass if we can help it!

Any suggestions please?

this weekend. Ideal location would be patterdale, want to avoid driving round the irish sea coast or over wrnrose/hardknott pass if I can, so ideally eastern fells area.

I've been trying to get on the NT booking site tongiht but its not working, I was thinking of the langdale site as we have stayed at the Low Wray site a couple of times and it was great
